The 2026–2027 student fees schedule has now been approved. The updated schedule includes supply fees, course fees, and selected program-specific charges by school and grade level. A limited number of fees changed for the upcoming school year, while most other schools and fees did not see adjustments.

For the upcoming school year, the district identified the following fee increases:

  • ZELC PreK Registration Fee: $75.00 ($10 increase)

  • Rollins Place Elementary School Supply Fee: $75.00 ($10 increase)

  • Zachary High School Student Supply Fee: $25.00 ($5 increase)

  • ZHS Studio Art 2D AP Fee: $55.00 ($5 increase)

  • ZHS Band Fee: $275.00 ($75 increase)

  • ZHS Drama Theatre II, III, IV (per show): $175.00 ($45 increase)

  • ZHS Music Theatre II, III, IV (per show): $175.00 ($45 increase)

No changes were made at the remaining schools.

Families should watch for school-level communication and student handbooks for the full fee list, payment timelines, and any additional details related to specific courses or programs. https://zachary-schools.community.diligentoneplatform.com/document/8460/?lastModified=639149093214300000

Families should also know that the district’s student fees policy includes economic hardship waivers for eligible students. Waiver requests may be submitted through the school principal or designee. The policy lists several eligibility categories, including participation in certain public assistance programs, foster care status, homelessness, recent active military service, eligibility for free or reduced-price meals in certain settings, or emancipated minor status. The policy also provides guidance related to student access to instructional activities and the handling of academic records when a family is unable to pay fees.

We look forward to an incredible 2026-2027 school year. For now, enjoy your summer!
